I have had mine for 30 years and still nice -. About 4 years ago an infection in my legs flared terribly and lost both legs at the knees, the VA (treating it as service connected) treated me well in Houston. Still alive after 6 years military and 24 years in U. S. Customs. (down here there is more combat than in the 'Nam).Ted Drew
Many of you already know this, but I just discovered that there is a mountain range named after my all-time hero, RADM Leo B. McCuddin, who was Captain of the Ranger when I was aboard with RVAH 9. The reference is:
