Hello Ron, after all these years. Hope you are in good health.
I was a Radio/Recon AT3 and later AT2. I joined RVAH-14 on 3Apr1970, made the 70-71 Med cruise and most of the 71-72, leaving the squadron, ship, and Navy in May of 72. On JFK I covered most day check launches and recoveries of our Vigis. I was at the ready with my oxygen mask unit and canoe crank. When not launching, it seemed like I spent most of my time dragging one or the other of the 75 lb. halves of the ALQ-55 across the flight deck and down to the shop, or checking for crushed PECM cables, or potting a 56 pin connector for some type of black box.
I have a few photos of the squadron members (mostly taken in the AT shop) that I plan to post soon. John Brammer

Ron, as soon as I figure out this iPad, I will try to get a. Couple of the banjos that I make on here. Electronics comes to me a lot harder now. Am 77now, a young guy.
Hello Ron, after all these years we still like our music. Boy am a big dummy on the computer.ha. Send me some info for fun. Good to know you are ok. Delbert
Ron, thanks for the kind words. It was good to see you and the guys there too. Those were really the good old days. The recce community had the most professional troops I ever experienced in my 26 years. Trust is really important to a pilot, particularly a Viggie pilot, so my hat is off to you guys. Hope to live to see one more reunion; the last one was the best I have been to. Cliff Johns
