After leaving Vigi program in 1974, I transferred from NAA to Collins Avionics Div. of Rockwell. Was Rockwell's Electronics Int'l Operations Div. Regional Manager for Latin American operations based in Dallas, then NAA B-1B Project Manager during IOC at SAC HQ Offutt AFB. Later obtained appointment to Dept. of State as Countermeasures officer assigned to Engineering Services Center at US Embassy in Abidjan, Ivory Coast providing security engineering technical support to 22 W. African countries - later was assigned to Washington based accreditation team for security certification of new and renovated Embassy/Consulate construction world wide. After leaving State Dept., I moved to Chile in 1997 and formed a Joint Venture company with Chilean Air Force and US based Snow Aviation Int'l of Columbus, OH (all former NAA engineers) for purpose of modernizing older T-37 trainers and C-130s. Then, working with ARINC, worked with Brazilian Air Force project to modernize C-130 fleet. After that project, I stayed in Chile and took over a US based private security company. I am now working as a consultant to DHS' anti-terrorism team at DHS HQ in DC on national infrastructure security concerns at chemical manufacturing plants and storage facilities throughout the US.
