Hello Brian.  Yep I was in Heavy 6.  I was also in Heavy 7 when the Viggies decommissioned in Key West.  I worked on the Infrared and Digital Data systems.  They were a beautiful airplane.

Hello Brian. I got to RVAH-6 about July or August 1969 and was there until late Dec1972 when I left the USS America in the P.I. to fly back to NAS Albany for discharge. I made the 1970-71 USS Kitty Hawk cruise and most of the 1972-73 USS America cruise. On the Hawk I worked in the AQ shop and on the America I worked in AIMD.

0Long time since the last time I saw you. If I remember it right, it was at Hudson Valley Community College in the fall of 1970. After you graduated, where did you go? I moved to Virginia, worked for a mechanical contractor for 14 months, spent 14 years with consulting engineers, 18 years with the electric utility in Virginia, had my own business for 5 years and the last five years I have  worked for the federal government as an energy manager for the Army.

Badges? We don't need no stinking badges.

Everyone may have noticed that your web browser was forcing you to turn on Flash to see your badge. Adobe is doing away with Flash in a couple months so the Badges function will stop working completely then so we've removed that  feature from the main page.
